    What changes the price

    • Length. Priced per linear foot, with a lower rate on runs over 200 ft.
    • Style and package. More boards, rails, caps and lattice cost more. See fence styles.
    • Gates. Priced per gate, built to match the fence.
    • Old fence removal. $5/ft, $200 minimum.
    • Slope. Stepped sections and longer posts are confirmed on site.

    Pricing questions

    Is the online price the final price?

    It’s the price for the details you enter. At the free site visit we measure the fence line and check slope, access and old concrete. If nothing is different from what you entered, the price stands.

    Does the price include HST?

    No. Prices are before HST.

    Why is it cheaper over 200 ft?

    Longer runs are more efficient to build, so we pass that on: $5/ft less on wood fences and $3/ft less on chain link once a run is over 200 ft.

    Do I measure the gate openings too?

    Yes. Enter the total length of the fence line, including gate openings, then add the gates separately.

    What about sloped yards?

    Enter your yard as sloped and you’ll still see the base price. Stepped sections and longer posts are priced at the site visit.
